Schwartz Ettenger, PLLC, is proud to announce that Michael A. Ferruggia, Esq. has joined the firm as a partner, effective December 9, 2024.

With more than 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Ferruggia is a seasoned attorney known for providing exceptional legal counsel to a diverse range of clients, including business owners, real estate developers and individual clients.

Mr. Ferruggia’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and corporate transactions, where he is recognized for his ability to navigate complex deals and employing strategic negotiation tactics to achieve superior results. His unwavering commitment to client satisfaction is demonstrated by his meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.

Prior to joining Schwartz Ettenger, Mr. Ferruggia was a partner at Bruno, Gerbino, & Aitken, LLP in Melville, New York.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Ferruggia is a highly sought-after industry thought leader, serving as a keynote lecturer and trainer on real property law, real estate transactions and current market trends. He also shares his passion for education as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Law at Villanova University.

Mr. Ferruggia earned his Juris Doctor degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University.
